Why make the call?

Seeking therapy is a brave and courageous step. Whether you are looking to strengthen a relationship, explore your own individual journey, or navigate the messiness that heartbreak and life transition can sometimes leave us with, I would be honored to with walk with you along that path. So, show up with your most imperfect self and stand in the light, because you are worth it. Sometimes, it just takes our most vulnerable selves to help us find our way home. I look forward to meeting you! I enjoy working with all clients who are ready to bring their imperfect and authentic selves to the table. Individuals, couples, and families of any diverse identity or cultural background are welcome! I also offer an LGBTQPIA+ affirming space as part of my professional services.
